We are a business primarily based on hosting group events. As we receive many inquiries and requests on a multiple of platforms, we offer on-line request forms to help clients communicate their exact expectations. These forms are the tools we need in order for us to help you achieve your planning goals. We hope this can be the start of your successful event!

THE FORMS YOU NEED...
Guest Information
First things first, we want to know something about you and your event. If you can keep your group name consistent as you complete all forms that will help us stay organized. You don’t need to complete every blank space on the form if it’s something you haven’t decided yet. New information or changes can be added as you see fit.

Bowen Room
The Bowen Room is our large multi-purpose meeting space and offers great views, a fireplace and access to the patio.. It is suitable for groups of over 30 guests, or groups who wish to have their work sessions and meals in one space. This request form outlines the services you may need from us when you are using the room, including both hardware and software equipment, floor plan of your event set-up and any special requests. Please take a moment to consider exactly what your group will need and be as specific as you can.

We would like to know how every one of your important group members can best be accommodated, so please send us this room selection form at your earliest convenience. If you don’t really mind how rooms are assigned among the guests, you can just leave it to us, because we will try our best to get the job done for you.

Catering Service
This form allows you to select food options from our menu and customize meals for guests who have special dietary requests or food allergies. Also of importance, we would like to know what time you wish to start your meals, end your meals and how many guests are these meals for.
